Chandigarh, June 29 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Monday met Flipkart Group CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Rajneesh Kumar in New Delhi and discussed strengthening the company's partnership with the state. According to an official statement, the meeting focused on expanding market access for farmers and MSMEs through technology-driven initiatives.
The two sides discussed strengthening the agricultural value chain, promoting entrepreneurship, improving skilling and employment opportunities, and accelerating inclusive economic growth in Haryana. The CM also held discussions on enhancing cooperation in horticulture and fresh produce sourcing to help more farmers and Farmer-Producer Organisations (FPOs) in Haryana access wider markets.
