Kolkata, Sept. 3 -- An FIR has been registered against TMC MP Mahua Moitra at the Diamond Harbour Cyber Crime Police Station over a controversial post on social media.
Moitra has been served an official notice directing her to appear for questioning on Saturday at 11 am.
The case stems from a social media post shared by Moitra on September 1 following a recent visit by Union Home minister Amit Shah to West Bengal.
