India, Aug. 4 -- The University of Delhi has opened the preference-edit window under Application Phase II of the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) for eligible undergraduate aspirants seeking admission through the Mid-Entry route. Candidates can now log in to the DU CSAS portal, access Application Phase II and edit their existing preferences or add new programme and college choices. The window will remain open until August 5 at 4:59 p.m.Candidates have been advised to save their preferences carefully, as the last saved preference list will be considered for Mid-Entry seat allocation. The Mid-Entry facility provides an additional opportunity to students who could not participate in the regular CSAS admission process. It may benefit candidates who did not register earlier, registered but failed to submit their preference list, or missed the regular admission window. Mid-Entry does not guarantee admission, with allotment based on CUET scores, category, preferences and seat availability. Candidates have been advised to submit preferences before the deadline to avoid technical issues.
