New Delhi, July 6 -- The University of Delhi's Admission Branch will conduct two live webinars this week to guide undergraduate aspirants through the admission process for the 2026-27 academic session under the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS).
The first webinar, scheduled for July 8 at 3 p.m., will focus on the UG-Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) 2026, including the admission process, preference filling, seat allocation and key university policies. The second session, to be held on July 9 at 3 p.m., will explain the admission process under the Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) and Sports Quota.
The sessions will be addressed by Prof. Haneet Gandhi, Dean (Admissions), and Prof. Anand Sonkar, Joint Dean (Admissions). Students will also have the opportunity to post their queries during the live chat, with officials responding to frequently asked questions and clarifying admission-related concerns.
According to the University, the webinars aim to familiarise candidates with the online admission procedure and help them make informed choices while filling programme and college preferences under the CSAS portal. Officials are also expected to explain important admission guidelines and policies to ensure a smooth admission process.
The webinars will be streamed live on the University of Delhi's official YouTube channel. The University has encouraged undergraduate aspirants and their parents to participate in the sessions to better understand the admission process and resolve their doubts before the commencement of seat allocation.
