New Delhi, Sept. 20 -- The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has invited HIG/3 BHK and MIG/2 BHK allottees under the DDA Karmayogi Awaas Yojana 2025 and DDA Naagrik Awaas Yojana 2026 to apply for car parking spaces in their respective housing pockets.
As per a September 16 circular, allotment will be conducted monthly, with the last working day of each month as the cut-off for determining priority. Priority will be based on the date of the Demand-cum-Allotment Letter (DAL), subject to issuance of the Possession Letter. Earlier DAL dates will get preference, followed by flat booking/allotment date and booking time. The number of spaces will be as specified in the scheme brochure or DAL. mpost
