India, June 13 -- The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has extended the deadline for its Karmayogi Awaas Yojana till June 30, 2026, following an overwhelming response from homebuyers. The housing scheme, launched exclusively for serving and retired government employees, offers a 25 per cent special discount on ready-to-move-in flats in Narela. The extension is expected to provide more time for eligible applicants to take advantage of the discounted housing units located in Pocket-6, Pocket-9, Pocket-13 and Sector A1-A4 of Narela. According to DDA, the scheme has witnessed significant interest, with all 1 BHK flats in Pocket-6 and Pocket-9 already sold out. The remaining inventory includes 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats, with prices reduced under the special discount scheme. After the discount, the starting price of a 1 BHK unit is Rs 33.63 lakh, while 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats are available from Rs 75.55 lakh and Rs 106.45 lakh, respectively. DDA highlighted several features of the project, including ample parking, community centres, clubhouses, common green areas and ready-to-move-in facilities.
