New Delhi, Sept. 11 -- The NDMC has put 19 personnel on standby for medical and other emergencies during the BRICS Summit, while keeping essential services running at its hospitals, officials said on Friday.
The New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has formed an 11-member Quick Medical Response Team comprising specialist doctors, nursing
officers and other medical personnel for immediate mobilisation in case of a medical emergency or disaster. The arrangements will remain in place throughout the BRICS Summit, from September 11 to 15, the officials said.
