Kolkata, July 6 -- The Election Commission on Monday announced bypolls to three Rajya Sabha seats from West Bengal on July 24 following the resignation of three TMC MPs. With a commanding majority in the Assembly, the BJP is poised to win all three seats, while the divided TMC is unlikely to pose a serious electoral challenge.
