India, Aug. 17 -- Five Army personnel went missing after a flash flood triggered by heavy rainfall washed away two shelters at an Army camp in Arunachal Pradesh's Dibang Valley district, officials have said. The incident occurred on Friday evening at the 5th Grenadier's Pasu Pani Army Camp. Seven personnel were swept away, of whom two were rescued. The missing personnel have been identified as Havaldar Upendar and Army personnel Kundan, Vinod, Aditya and Samunda. Two search and rescue teams from the 5th Grenadier have been deployed to trace them. Meanwhile, four people died after a landslide at a road construction site in Upper Subansiri district. Search and recovery operations are underway in the area.
