New Delhi, Aug. 28 -- The Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) on Friday announced the re-election of Sundeep Sikka, Managing Director and CEO of Nippon Life India Asset Management Ltd, as its Chairman and Vishal Kapoor, CEO of Bandhan AMC, as Vice Chairman.
The leadership team was unanimously re-elected by the Board of Directors following AMFI's Annual General Meeting, the industry body said in a statement.
Sikka and Kapoor will continue to lead AMFI's efforts towards the strategic growth of the country's mutual fund industry, strengthening investor trust and promoting financial inclusion across India.
