New Delhi, Sept. 28 -- An AISA-led group of activists, academics and political representatives on Monday announced a protest at Jantar Mantar on October 2, days after Delhi Police detained demonstrators at the site over electoral roll revision.
Led by AISA president Neha Bora, the group submitted an intimation letter seeking Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar's resignation.
The delegation included Yogendra Yadav, Prashant Bhushan, Manoj Jha, Nikhil Dey and Nandita Narain. Organisers raised concerns over SIR, Form 6 and alleged voter exclusions.
