New Delhi, Aug. 31 -- A 16-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped inside a moving bus in Greater Noida, following which police arrested two people in connection with the case. The incident reportedly took place when the teenager was travelling on the bus. According to the complaint, the accused allegedly sexually assaulted her while the vehicle was moving.
Police registered a case after receiving information about the incident and began investigating the circumstances surrounding the alleged assault. Two suspects have been arrested so far, while further investigation is underway. The teenager was taken for a medical examination as part of the investigation. Police are also examining the bus and other evidence related to the alleged crime. Authorities are continuing to question the arrested accused and establish the sequence of events leading up to the incident.
