KUALA LUMPUR, Sept. 29 -- ZICO Trust (M) Berhad, a licensed trust company specialising in trust and estate planning services, has appointed Datuk Dr Haji Mazlan Ahmad as its Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 23.

Mazlan is a chartered accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a Chartered Secretary with the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (Maicsa) and a Chartered Governance Professional with the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI).
