SINGAPORE, June 29 -- A large cinema space at Golden Mile Tower has been placed on the market with a guide price of S$31 million (RM108.5 million), as owners look to attract buyers eyeing its scale and redevelopment potential.

The strata-titled unit at 6001 Beach Road spans roughly 104,991 sq ft across several floors and includes four auditoriums with seating for up to 2,000 people, alongside office space on the upper levels, Singapore news outlet CNA reported today.
