KUALA LUMPUR, Sept. 10 -- Besides the latest iPhones, Apple also announced updates to two other major product lines in the Apple Watch series and AirPods.

The new AirPods 5 come at a rather attractive price point, at RM599 despite being an upgrade to the AirPods 4 with up to 50 per cent more noise cancellation.

They also now support responding to Siri via head gestures and of course, promise better sound quality than its predecessor.

For customers who want longer battery life, on-stem volume control and a wireless charging case, there's a slightly pricier version at RM699.

Pre-orders open on September 11 with availability the same day as the new iPhones - September 18.
