KUALA LUMPUR, May 25 -- Former finance minister Datuk Seri Tengku Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz will be called as the 11th prosecution witness in the corruption and money laundering trial involving Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

According to Astro Awani, deputy public prosecutor Datuk Wan Shaharuddin Wan Ladin informed the High Court that Tengku Zafrul will take the stand at the next proceedings fixed for July 6, after the 10th prosecution witness, R. Harshini, completed her testimony before judge Noor Ruwena Md Nurdin.

The court was also told that the prosecution had concluded its opening stage of the case proceedings.
