KUALA LUMPUR, Oct. 21 -- Taobao Malaysia has launched its 11.11 Global Shopping Festival, offering free shipping on 400 million products and introducing new artificial intelligence (AI) tools to improve the cross-border shopping experience.

The campaign runs from October 20 to November 13, 2026, and provides Malaysian consumers with access to over three billion products across various categories, including fashion, home living and furniture.

Taobao Malaysia Country Head Jess Lew said the platform aims to offer high-quality products at greater value while simplifying the shopping journey.
