KUALA LUMPUR, Oct. 6 -- The Social Security Organisation (Perkeso) has reduced the processing time for contributor benefit claims from an average of 5.3 days in 2024 to 2.7 days as of last year.

Deputy Human Resources Minister Datuk Khairul Firdaus Akbar Khan said the service delivery improvement was carried out in compliance with the Client Charter to ensure quality standards remain at an optimal level.

He said the initial response time for complaint processing was also shortened from three days in 2024 to just one day in 2025.
