SINGAPORE, Sept. 15 -- A 47-year-old man already facing drug trafficking allegations has been slapped with fresh charges for possessing vape cartridges containing Class A controlled drugs, Channel News Asia (CNA) reported.

According to the report, Lim Heong Sheng allegedly had the vape cartridges, which contained methamphetamine and MDMB-4en-PINACA-a synthetic cannabinoid or designer drug-on Jan 16 this year at a parking lot in Jurong West Street 65.

Prosecutors also accused him of having other drugs on him at the same location, including a packet of cannabis, a packet of ketamine, and drug utensils.
