SINGAPORE, Oct. 9 -- A 49-year-old woman who grabbed and kissed two brothers, including a 16-year-old boy, without their consent at a Singapore shopping centre after drinking about 10 cups of beer has been jailed for 21 weeks.

Goh Mei Chi was sentenced on Friday after pleading guilty to molestation, behaving in a disorderly manner and causing annoyance while drunk in a public place, The Straits Times reported.

Three other charges were taken into consideration during sentencing.

The court heard that Goh approached the brothers, aged 16 and 23, at Boon Lay Shopping Centre at about 11pm on February 12, 2024, after consuming "around 10 cups of beer".
