SINGAPORE, Sept. 23 -- A video of a man following a pair of female students and allegedly filming them using his smart glasses has gone viral, sparking safety concerns.

The video was first posted to Reddit by user BBlackjack160 showing a bespectacled man in a grey shirt and black shorts tailing two girls in school uniform through a temporary sheltered walkway.

The girls appear to be unaware of his presence behind them as the person behind the camera walks up towards the man.

He is wearing a mask and clutching his phone to his chest as he presses what seems like a button on his black-rimmed glasses.

He then immediately makes a U-turn and walks in the opposite direction of the girls and the person filming him.
