KUALA LUMPUR, June 15 -- A motorist's account of an alleged road rage incident has gained traction on social media after she claimed her vehicle was struck by another driver following a brief warning honk.

According to the New Straits Times, the incident was shared on Threads by a user identified as @whoisfaanyway, who alleged that a pickup truck driver entered her lane without noticing her vehicle.

The user said she sounded her horn to alert the driver after noticing the vehicle moving into her lane.

"I encountered a road bully today. I honked to alert him as he was coming into my lane. Then he chased me, cut me again and hit my car," she wrote.
