KUALA LUMPUR, Aug. 11 -- Rapid KL has confirmed receiving information about an alleged sexual harassment incident involving a female passenger on the Kelana Jaya Line this morning.

According to Kosmo! Online, Rapid KL said that the incident occurred while the train was travelling from Sri Rampai station to Setiawangsa station.

Its auxiliary police team subsequently assisted both individuals involved and escorted them to the Setiawangsa police station to lodge a report.

"Rapid KL Auxiliary Police provided assistance and escorted both individuals to the Setiawangsa Police Station to lodge a police report," it said.

Rapid KL said the case had since been handed over to police for further investigation.
