Kuala Lampur, Sept. 22 -- PASIR GUDANG, Sept 22 - Pasir Gudang MP Hassan Abdul Karim has called on Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim to persuade Anthony Loke to remain as transport minister to ensure the completion of several key infrastructure projects, including those in Johor.

The PKR lawmaker expressed concern that Loke's resignation could jeopardise ongoing projects, including those in Johor.

"These include projects such as the Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS), the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL), the proposed Pasir Gudang railway line, and the rapid transit system, which have yet to be fully implemented.

"However, Anwar should first hear out Loke's reasons before deciding to accept his offer to resign.
