Penang man charged with secretly filming four women using factory toilet
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct. 1 -- A 22-year-old man has been charged with secretly filming four women while they were urinating in a toilet at a factory in Penang, as well as possessing obscene videos.
Berita Harian reported that Muhammad Mukhris Sulaiman pleaded not guilty to all five charges and claimed trial after they were read out before Magistrate Sharifah Razali at the Magistrate's Court in Bukit Mertajam today.
For the first four charges, Muhammad Mukhris is accused of filming the women at a factory in Bukit Minyak, in the Central Seberang Perai district, between 11.44am and 6.55pm from September 2 to September 23.
