KUALA LUMPUR, Oct. 16 -- Pakatan Harapan (PH) will announce its full slate of candidates for the 17th Sabah state election early next month.
According to Utusan Malaysia, Datuk Mustapha Sakmud, chairman of Sabah PKR, said the coalition aims to contest fewer than 23 state assembly (DUN) seats.
"The final list will be decided by the coalition's top leadership and announced by president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim," he said.
"So far, we are looking at 21 to 23 candidates from PH."
The national daily reported yesterday that the seat allocation between Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) and PH has been finalised and will be revealed on Nomination Day.
