Kuala Lampur, May 11 -- KUANTAN, May 12 - The Pahang government has approved and is implementing 18 flood mitigation projects across the state involving a total cost of RM3.184 billion.
According to Sinar Harian, Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail said the large-scale projects are being carried out under the 12th Malaysia Plan (RMK-12) and 13th Malaysia Plan (RMK-13).
He reportedly said that 11 of the projects have already started on-site construction, six are still at the design stage, while one has been approved under the First Rolling Plan of RMK-13.
