KUALA LUMPUR, Oct. 12 -- A staff member of the Hulu Selangor Municipal Council (MPHS) died after reportedly suffering a heart attack while cycling alone in front of the Caltex Batu 30 petrol station on the Kuala Lumpur-Ipoh Road, Kuala Kubu Bharu, yesterday.

Utusan Malaysia reported that police received information from the public at 11.15am about a man found unconscious at the location.

Hulu Selangor District Police Chief, Superintendent Ibrahim Husin, said preliminary investigations found that the 39-year-old victim was cycling alone.

"Examination of the body found no external injuries, signs of a struggle, or elements of criminal activity," he said in a statement today.
