DENGKIL, April 1 -- A viral press statement displaying the percentage of student achievement by race for the 2025 Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) results is untrue, said Deputy Education Minister Wong Kah Woh.

He said that the Ministry of Education (MOE) did not issue the statement, and the information was not part of the official results announcement made yesterday.

"What has gone viral is 101 per cent incorrect. That is definitely not true," he told reporters after a working visit to the Replacement Building Project (Daif 2022) at Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil (SJKT) Dengkil here today.

Wong said the conduct of the SPM examination and the announcement of results were carried out in accordance with established benchmarks and standards...
