KUALA LUMPUR, Aug. 5 -- To strengthen partnerships and explore opportunities in Malaysia's business events sector, Malaysia Business Events Week (MBEW) 2026 brought together policymakers, industry leaders and international stakeholders for a three-day event in the capital.

According to the Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB), the 11th edition of the event began on August 3 and concludes today at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, with participants from Malaysia and eight other countries.

"Malaysia Business Events Week has evolved into a catalyst for collaboration, innovation, and thought leadership," MyCEB chairman Dr Sivakumar Varatharaju Naidu said.
