Malaysia-registered motorcyclist injured in tipper truck crash on Singapore's Bukit Timah Expressway
SINGAPORE, Oct. 8 -- A 36-year-old male motorcyclist was taken to the hospital after his motorcycle was involved in an accident with a tipper truck along the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) yesterday afternoon.
The incident happened at about 4.50pm along BKE towards Woodlands.
Photographs posted by SG Road Vigilante on its Facebook show a Malaysia-registered motorcycle lying on its side between the two rightmost lanes of the expressway.
A motorcyclist is seen standing next to the fallen motorcycle with his leg bloodied.
The tipper truck involved in the accident is stopped in front of the motorcycle, with its male driver standing next to it.
Broken parts, likely from the motorcycle, is seen between the two vehicles.
