KUALA LUMPUR, July 8 -- It's been a long wait, but Khalid is finally making his way back to Kuala Lumpur.

The Grammy-nominated American singer-songwriter will perform at Idea Live Arena on December 9 as part of his It's Always Summer Somewhere Tour, marking his first show in the city since appearing as a headliner at Urbanscape in 2018.

Fans were originally set to see him again in 2020 during his Free Spirit World Tour at Stadium Malawati, but those plans were shelved when the Covid-19 pandemic forced the concert's cancellation.

Now, after selling out shows across 23 cities on the US leg of his latest tour, Khalid is bringing the party back to Malaysia.
