KOTA TINGGI, Oct. 2 -- Umno wil be selective in permitting parties under Perikatan Nasional (PN) from using Barisan Nasional's (BN) logo should they agree to a political cooperation for the upcoming Melaka state election, said party vice president Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin.

He said that only parties deemed acceptable would be allowed to use the BN logo, with only PAS having expressed such an intention

"We have not discussed the matter yet. PAS only expressed such a move to the press.

"This doesn't mean we have actually agreed on PAS using the BN logo yet," he told reporters after officiating a groundbreaking ceremony for an Islamic orphanage here today.
