Kuala Lampur, Aug. 12 -- KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 12 - The Road Transport Department (JPJ) will hold its first engagement session with RXZ Members organisers to discuss improvements to the motorcycle gathering, following a series of accidents linked to the event, Sinar Harian reported.

JPJ Senior Director of Enforcement Datuk Muhammad Kifli Ma Hassan said the session aimed to hear the organisers' views and propose several improvements to the programme.

"We are not trying to restrict the event. What is important is road safety, not only for the participants but also for other road users," he was quoted as saying by the Malay-language daily at a press conference at the JPJ Kuala Lumpur office yesterday.
