JOHOR BAHRU, Sept. 30 -- A 69-year-old man accidentally crashed his Toyota Camry into two vehicles and an eatery after apparently pressing the accelerator by mistake while reversing in Taman Daya here yesterday.

Johor Bahru South police chief Assistant Commissioner Azrul Hisham Mohd Shaffie said police were alerted to the incident after videos of it went viral on social media at about 2.20pm.

He said preliminary investigations found that the local man was about to drive home after having breakfast at an eatery in Jalan Daya when the incident occurred.
