Born into a world of smartphones, social media, e-commerce and now artificial intelligence (AI), Gen Z is entering a labour market that is fundamentally different from the one their parents experienced.
Their challenge is therefore not simply to find a job. It is to understand how to create value - and, where possible, create opportunities for themselves and others.
