KOTA KINABALU, May 17 -- Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah (Gagasan Rakyat) is fully prepared to face the 16th General Election (GE16) following a constitutional amendment to restructure its divisions according to the 26 parliamentary constituencies in Sabah and Labuan.

Its president Datuk Seri Panglima Hajiji Noor said the move would strengthen the party's grassroots machinery and streamline preparations ahead of the parliamentary polls.

"We are ready to face the coming election, organise our party strategy and strengthen the machinery based on parliamentary constituencies.
