KUALA LUMPUR, May 22 -- A Form Six student's journey home turned tragic when she was killed in a three-vehicle crash along Jalan Kampung Tengah in Sabak Bernam yesterday evening.

In the 6pm incident, the 19-year-old victim, who studied at Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Form Six College, was pronounced dead at the scene from severe injuries.

Sabak Bernam district police chief Superintendent Md Yusof Ahmad said the crash involved a Honda RS150 motorcycle, a Yamaha 135LC motorcycle and a Ford Econovan van.

"The incident occurred when the Honda RS150 crashed into the rear of the Yamaha 135LC, which was slowing down to turn into a junction on the left side of the road.
