SINGAPORE, July 22 -- A deadly confrontation between two residents of a Housing Board block in Lengkok Bahru has resulted in a 59-year-old man being formally accused of murder.

According to The Straits Times, the accused, Ng Swee Seng, appeared before the State Courts via video link yesterday, where he was charged with causing the death of his neighbour, 59-year-old Thiyagarajan Karunakaran. The alleged incident took place on July 20 at Block 55, situated in the Redhill vicinity.
