IPOH, Sept. 17 -- PKR Youth chief Muhammad Kamil Abdul Munim has hit out at those criticising Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, saying some were quick to make political statements but lacked the courage to follow through with their actions.

He said while there were political statements suggesting that the country was currently unstable, the government remained committed to ensuring political stability as a foundation for economic stability and, ultimately, the benefit of the people.

"Our priority is to ensure political stability because from there, we can ensure economic stability, which will ultimately benefit the people," he said.
