SINGAPORE, July 18 -- A 56-year-old British national has been arrested after allegedly embarking on a shoplifting spree across multiple terminals at Changi Airport.

The man was apprehended on July 16 following a series of thefts that spanned six different retail outlets in Terminals 2 and 3, The Straits Times reported.

The spree came to light after staff at The Shilla Cosmetics & Perfumes outlet in the Terminal 3 transit area spotted a missing item from their Chanel display shelf at 9:22 pm.

Airport Police Division officers quickly reviewed CCTV footage, which showed the man taking the item and walking out without paying. Using the footage, police tracked the suspect down and arrested him within the transit area just before his schedul...
