KUALA LUMPUR, May 29 -- The Land Public Transport Agency (APAD) has launched a thorough investigation into the Light Rail Transit (LRT) train derailment near the Chan Sow Lin station on Thursday morning, warning of strict enforcement action if negligence is found.

The incident, which occurred on the Ampang-Sri Petaling line, resulted in significant service disruptions. Rapid KL confirmed the derailment after videos of the stalled train began circulating on social media.
