Aina Abdul unveils 'Bluest Sky', an English-language love letter for Malaysia's Eurovision Asia debut
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct. 8 -- Malaysian singer-songwriter Aina Abdul has unveiled Bluest Sky, an emotional English-language power ballad she will perform as Malaysia's representative at the inaugural Eurovision Song Contest Asia 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand, on November 14.
Described by Aina as a love letter to someone she sees as her "bluest sky", the song explores love, heartbreak and uncertainty, with a message of hope that even the deepest sadness will eventually pass.
"The way I sing this song, or the person I wrote it about, I see him as the bluest sky.
"So, in a way, this song is my love letter to that person," she said during an exclusive listening session at Rex KL in Petaling Street here today.
