India, Sept. 25 -- Keira Knightley and Ben Whishaw are back with Black Doves season 2 on Netflix. Season 1 of the British spy thriller series received critical acclaim when it premiered in 2024. Its unique concept - mercenary spies - instantly clicked with audiences who found the execution of the complex plot equally satisfying.

Created by Joe Barton, the series stars Keira Knightley and Ben Whishaw. For her performance in the first season, Knightley was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress - Television Series Drama.

A second season of the spy series was confirmed before the premiere of the first season.
