Lucknow, March 24 -- The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet, chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, has approved as many as 35 proposals which include simplified land use conversion process and new projects in renewable and conventional energy sectors.
Land Use Reform To Boost Ease Of Doing Business
Among the key decisions, the Cabinet approved an amendment to Section 80 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, aimed at simplifying the process of converting agricultural land for non-agricultural use in areas governed by development authorities, industrial development authorities, and housing boards.
