New Delhi, May 12 -- The Supreme Court of India launched the One Case, One Data system on Monday. It is aimed at improving judicial case management through integrated access to case data across courts nationwide.

Integrated Access Across All Court Levels

Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, while announcing the initiative, said that the system will allow seamless integration of case-related data from the Supreme Court, High Courts, district courts and taluka courts for the first time.

He said the initiative will also allow the Supreme Court to access complete case details from lower courts while also enabling lower courts to remain connected with the apex courts database.
