Lucknow, Aug. 4 -- The Noida Entrepreneurs Association (NEA) has requested the Noida Authority to extend the deadline for making industrial plots operational by two to three years, citing construction delays caused by environmental restrictions and procedural requirements.

NEA Seeks 2-3 Year Extension For Industrial Plot Deadlines

The association said the existing five-year deadline for constructing and operationalising industrial units after plot allotment is inadequate under current conditions.

NEA President Vipin Malhan said construction activity is suspended between October and February due to restrictions implemented in line with National Green Tribunal (NGT) guidelines, reported Hindustan Times.
