Lucknow, Oct. 29 -- The Noida Authority has cut transfer charges on operational industrial plots to 7 per cent from 10 per cent to promote investment, business restructuring and new investor participation.

The board approved the amendment to the Unified Regulations-2025 at its 224th meeting on Wednesday in Sector 96, Noida. The revised rate remains above the earlier 4 per cent charge.

The meeting was chaired by Infrastructure and Industrial Development Commissioner Deepak Kumar, with CEO Krishna Karunesh presenting 20 agenda items, 11 of which were approved.
