New Delhi, June 30 -- The Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA) will organise the second edition of the National Seafood Skill Olympiad from July 1-3 as part of Seafood Expo Bharat 2026.

The event would bring together seafood processing professionals from across the country to compete in the preparation of value-added seafood products.

Ahead of the national competition, MPEDA conducted 50 seafood value addition training programmes across the country, training more than 2,500 seafood processing workers and professionals.

The Skill Olympiad will be held alongside Seafood Expo Bharat 2026, which is expected to attract around 5,000 domestic and international participants.
