Srinagar, April 17 -- The Mission YUVA (Yuva Udyami Vikas Abhiyan) is being implemented as a flagship initiative by the Government of Jammu and Kashmir to promote entrepreneurship and generate employment among youth in the Union Territory. Capacity building and institutional support As part of capacity-building efforts, a two-day training programme for members of Small Business Development Units (SBDUs) and Block Handholding Desks (BHDs) was held at Indian Institute of Management Jammu on April 15 16, 2026.
